Awntech Key West 96-in Wide x 84-in Projection Solid Vertical Patio Right Motor Retractable Awning
Our notes
At 96 in. wide, this Awntech Key West is the second-narrowest of the 50 awnings in our list with a stated width, a fit for a small patio. It is motorized with a remote, but the page does not say how the motor is powered. The extension is unclear: the spec field says 78 in. while the title says 84 in. It lists "Wall, Soffit, and Roof Applications" with wall brackets included, yet also states "Mounting hardware is not included." Awntech says it will "provide stability for winds up to 35 mph." No price was posted.

Copied exactly from the seller's page, read 2026-11-01. Sellers don't test wind the same way, so this can't be compared with another seller's figure. More on wind wording.
How it mounts depends on your wall, fascia or beam. Confirm it with the maker or a licensed installer.
